I’m nervous for what this may be foreshadowing.
Look, I like the new Anberlin songs with Matty. Check out one here, or another here.. They’re decent rock, I get why they transitioned from Stephen to him, I’m excited to see more from them and don’t get me wrong – that new recorded backing track sounds ABSOLUTELY excellent, and I really don’t mind Matty’s vocals on it. But … why? Why/what is the point of re-recording old material for a new singer outside of a cash grab? I really would like an explanation.
