Jonatha Brooke – Crumbs
This is how I remember seeing Jonatha Brooks for the first time. A small intimate stage, a quirky artist in Jonatha and one of her fantastic songs in one of the oddest keys around. Unfortunately, I was not at the Anspacher Theatre when this was recorded but it brought back some fantastic memories.
She seriously has a knack for discovering fantastic guitar tones and exploring all potential guitar keys there could possibly be. The song above is crumbs and around 0:55 is one of my favorite guitar rock moments. Such GRIT in those notes haha. And of course, great backing vocals always makes a huge impact.
