I swear, this year is the year of returning music!! One of other favorite ska groups back in my junior high/high school days was the Supertones out of Orange County, California. They really blossomed and rode on the coattails of the 90’s ska/punk era until the movement died out in the early 2000s.

They had broken up back in 2000 and officially returned in 2010 to play a few shows, festivals and just a week ago, they created a new Kickstarter campaign to fund a new CD! I know I’m giving a few dollars – it’s just great to have all these fantastic groups come back on the back on the map to make new music 🙂
