Dave Patten

Merry Christmas to everyone! I hope you all had a great holiday and that everyone was able to spend time with family and friends, eat plenty of food, and received all kinds of great gifts. My favorite this year was the Kindle and I’m excited to see how far I can take it. Seems pretty legit already, but the possibilities with Amazon are definitely widespread.

Nonetheless, let’s get back to the music scene. This, as you can see, is a huge post. You won’t be able to capture this true essence of Dave Patten unless I throw a number of his movies at you and he’s a pretty awesome guy. His music is certainly pop-ish, but there are elements of R&B, hip-hop, soul, rock.. Not only does he focus on creating solid music, but lately he’s been getting into the filmmaking side of things which adds a cool cinema-style element that being self-created, we don’t see much more of these days.

I really like his music; he was able to incorporate a number of different styles into his first debut CD, Exposure, and taking a listen to some of his newer work, it certainly continues to sound more and more developed. To introduce you to some of his stuff, I’ve went ahead and posted a number of his tunes and videos. Check ‘em out below:

Dave Patten – Echo

Dave Patten – Come Over

Dave Patten – Oh No

Dave Patten – Inside

And this is his newest song and video that was just released, Miserable

I highly recommend checking out Dave and his new CD. You can go ahead and download it HERE. Happy Holidays all
