I love these weeks when you just begin discovering solid new band after solid band. Karmin was my first big (half new) discovery, and now it’s time to learn you about I The Mighty.
Coming from Equal Vision Records (who for their credit generally have a lot of great, slightly different bands) the alternative-indie-rock group has really kickstarted the middle of my week. They take the best of Coheed, Fall of Troy, K*Sera, and their music certainly drives and pushes the limits of their genre.
Their new EP is called Karma Never Sleeps. Highly worth a check out. The first above is a lyric video but the second below is a great live video (my favorite kinds)
